No, items can be rented once it is available in the quantity and for the date requested

At Baesiq Rentals, we provide rental items to help make your event smooth and stress-free. We try our best to offer the exact equipment you requested, and we ask that you inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they match your order and are in working condition.

If there’s an issue with any item, please inform us as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to offer an exchange or resolve the issue quickly.

For party supplies items for sale, items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition.

Linens and cloth items do not have to be laundered, but care should be taken to avoid mildew.  Linens should be free from food and returned in the bag/container it was provided in

Equipment should be returned rinsed and free of food matter and in the containers provided. We sanitize and re-package the equipment so it's ready for the next customer. 

No, the items will be ready for use when you receive them.

Cash, cheques (received at least 5 business day prior to payment due date), direct deposit, limited credit card payments.

You may reserve the items online or contact us via phone, email, social media or WhatsApp to reserve the item(s) for the date needed.
